To use our tracking function, simply enter your phone number on the day of your scheduled delivery and follow the drive team as they progress towards delivering your new furniture!

Due to traffic, weather, and routing we cannot give you the EXACT delivery time, but we will give you a four (4) hour time window so you will know when to expect delivery.

If you need to change the delivery address originally listed on your sales order, you must complete a Change of Address form and return it to our Delivery Department. Please contact our Delivery Department at 972-336-0339 option 1 for more information.

Deliveries are made between 8:00AM and 9:00PM. You will be contacted at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled delivery to verify the pieces and give you the four-hour time window assigned to your geographic delivery area.

If requested, we can call you at your place of work, or at any specified phone number, approximately one hour prior to our expected arrival time in order to ensure your availability at the time of delivery.

Due to insurance restrictions, we cannot enter your home unless a responsible person 18 years of age or older is present, and can sign for and accept your delivery in good condition.

Please clear the area and the path through your home where the new furniture is to be placed before the delivery team arrives. Our employees cannot be responsible for moving your existing furniture, stereo equipment, televisions, or other household belongings.

Ashley HomeStore will deliver and set up your new furniture purchase, and remove all packaging materials from your home.

In the unlikely event that damage is caused to your property by our delivery team, please immediately report this to our Customer Service Department within 24 hours of the delivery, or email customercare@texasashley.com.
